Desire
My Thoughts
Desire
When you think of Desire, what comes to your mind? A fulfillment? Someone you love? Music? Or perhaps something you always wanted to do. Whichever it is, ask yourself this now. Why do I desire this so much? What motivates me to fulfill this or why do I desire that person in my life so much? There's so many questions that desire brings to your mind that you don't know where to start. Desire gives you a motivation to fulfill what you want, because if you don't, you start to question things like, "Why am I not doing what I wanna do?" or "What is making me not want to do this". Things like this lead to regret which is something you really don't wanna feel.
I'll be honest, I get some people think they don't desire anything in life. Though, like I said earlier, you need to question yourself. Ask yourself these things. Ask yourself "Am I really sure there's nothing in life that I want?" Think about it for some time and see if there is anything in the world you want the most. Once you found out what you want the most, it's all about putting the pieces together and getting that thing done. You're like fulfilling something you desire a lot by going out of your comfort zone to do that thing you want to do. It sounds harsh to go out of your comfort zone but you're trying to push yourself to fulfill that thing.
Similar to emotions, desire can be complicated sometimes. Just like love, you gotta define what desire means to you. You gotta think of things or people you want in your life and things you wanna do. If you're stuck wondering what you want, you gotta go find that out for yourself. Go live life, talk to people, find things that you think you love. Once you do these things, ask yourself, "Did I like talking to this person" or "Did I enjoy doing this thing that I did" be it hiking, writing, reading, gaming, etc. "Do I wanna talk to this person again?" "Do I wanna do this again?" Once you ask yourself these questions and if you answered yes to them
You found what you Desire.
